Our DI capture sets come in the following variations:
- Essential DI - For very simple one channel amps with just a tone control there will be only an Essential DI set.
- Core DI - clean, edge, crunch, dimed, drive and lead gain levels with EQ settings close to the amps sweet spot - includes BRI, BAL, WRM settings. Includes close mic'd IR's. This is where to start, if you are not sure, if you want all the tones from a particular amp.
- Expansion DI - clean, edge, crunch, dimed, drive and lead gain levels with EQ the more unusual settings (which often are spectacular sounding with particular playing styles, genres, guitars or pickups) - includes THN, FAT, SCP settings. Include's IR's with baked in room sound that are intended to be used with an external IR loader that allows long files - up to 2 seconds and that are meant to be mixed together with the close mic'd IR's from the Core DI set. The Expansion DI set is meant to be purchased as an addition to the Core DI set, not as a standalone.
 
The slicing and searing crunch tones delivered by the MRSH JC800 amp with the cascading gain stages and Master volume has defined the sound of Rock for a whole generation. 
 
It might be the most iconic tone of all the MRSH amps ever produced and an amp that has been tirelessly requested by our customers.
 
We are stoked to have found a particularily great sounding one. It has been gigged and loved a lot and it has seen things... As there is some red substance of uncertain origin on the right side of the amp, we gave it the nickname "Bloody Mary". 
 
This model has been used by pretty much every rock and hard rock band at some point in their career, but two of our personal standouts are Guns N Roses and Rage Against the Machine, of which you also can hear the demos included in the product picture section.
 
This amp lives in the crunch and drive territory and sounds at its best exactly in that range. It is certainly more tailored towards humbucker guitars, but there are quite a few good settings for single coils too. 
 
The set includes 20 DI Tone Models and 2 CAB in the room IR's - a MRSH 1960A cab with G12M25 75Hz Pulsonic coned speakers and a MRSH 1960A cab with G12 65 speakers, mic'd with 2xR121, aM160 and a U87. Please refer to the table with all included captures and settings in the product picture section.
