One of our customer favorites from last year returns in the long awaited DI version.
This is one of those amps that will do practically anything without pedals and it will show no weaknesses. Some of the best cleans, edge of breakup, crunch. drive and lead tones atttainable at any price range.
It will easily rival Dumble style amps in the drive/lead department and it can be smooth or have a bite for the genre of your choice within the other gain ranges.
Made famous by the one and only Andy Timmons this amp can cover anything you would need and it does it without getting sterile or generic - a nicely balanced character, slightly on the modern side, but still with lots of attitude.
The capture set features a whopping 43 V2 DI captures. 2 custom IR's of our Matchless 2X12 cab with G12H / G12M combo and with Celestion V30's are included and the cab has been mic'd with the following mics: Royer R121, Neumann U87 and Suhr SM57. As this is a digital product and there is no way to retreive the product after the sale, we issue no refunds on the captures sets, packs or bundles. We do however do our best to convey a good representation of the captures.
Receiving the Captures
After downloading the Tone Model set to your computer, the Tone Models can be imported from within ToneX:
The simplest way is to unzip the zip file and then drag&drop the TXP files into the app and it will automatically import the presets and tone models.
