EVH 5150III Stealth Playthrough
The EVH 5150III Stealth is the epitome of the evolution from the Peavey 5150 Block Letter amp and can be seen as a refined, more versatile, polished and usable version of the classic endorsed by the legendary Eddie Van Halen.
By many it is considered to be the "best" model from the 5150III line and it would be hard to disagree. It has a very well balanced and musical voicing for high gain sounds and can be effectively dialed in for a huge variety of tones.
It delivers great tones starting from the clean channel, which is capable of very usable crunch and drive tones and from there on channel II and III you get into a very wild ride.
From singing solo leads to massive chugs that can be scooped or fat - what ever you prefer, this thing can be dialed in for it with ease. As opposed to the 5150 Block Letter classic, it has a tighter tone and holds better together for a more modern and refined tone.
The capture set features 44 V2 DI captures. 2 custom IR's of our Mesa 4X12 cab with Celestion V30's are included and the cab has been miked with the following mics: Royer R121, Neumann U87 and Suhr SM57. See a full list of included captures in the product picture section.

Receiving the Captures
After downloading the Tone Model set to your computer, the Tone Models can be imported from within ToneX:
The simplest way is to unzip the zip file and then drag&drop the TXP files into the app and it will automatically import the presets and tone models.
